Founded and still serves as President of KD Management Services, LLC, a firm specializing in the performance improvement of business executives and the companies they lead. Served as Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded (Nasdaq) company and grew the business by more than 50% before negotiating the sale to a Fortune 100 company.Held executive positions in operations, engineering, finance, corporate planning and general management with two Fortune 500 companies. Served as an Associate Faculty Member at Indiana University – Purdue University in Indianapolis, teaching management courses in the business school. Earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Butler University.
