One of the key things that we have implemented with traction that came from Vistage is having accountability. Having a scorecard, a weekly scorecard of your financials, basically all of your Key Performance Indicators and having a team in place to work on it together every week. Also, realizing that my role in the organization is that of a visionary and that I must have an integrator who is better at making sure that all of those processes actually happen and we carry out our strategic goals.
