If you've been involved in industry associations and those kinds of things you get exposed to keynote level type speakers. Usually in a group with a hundred thousand people that are listening to a speaker and getting something out of it.
You get that level of a speaker but on a one on 12 - 15 of us at one time. The interactions are incredible, so you get that interaction, and then the takeaways become more valuable because it is a more intimate session with that kind of a resource.
